FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: DELIVERY AGENT

The Delivery Agent Program includes a network of delivery agents that provide doorstep shipment delivery to nearby customers.

Working with Delhivery comes at your convenience. You can choose full time or part-time (or ‘flexible’).

Anybody can deliver. You can register your interest by downloading the App and registering with your phone number and our Delhivery representative will contact you within 24 hours.
We deliver to over 18500 pin codes in India.You can download the App and see vacancies near you.

We make payments on a monthly, fortnightly and weekly basis.

To register, please download the App and fill in your personal details, upload your identity proof, bank details, and your choice of the serviceable locality. Once your documents are verified, you can start delivering from the next day itself. The onboarding process takes only two days.

REFERRAL PROGRAM

The Delivery Agent Referral Program allows existing Last-Mile agents to earn an additional referral bonus by connecting other agents to Delhivery to become pick-up and delivery partners.

Referring a partner is easy.
1. Navigate to the Refer-a-Store page on your Delhivery Partner App and fill in the partner details
2. Contact your Delhivery Manager and share details of the interested vendor via SMS/call

You will receive your referral bonus when the partner referred by you works with us for more than 25 days or successfully delivers a minimum of 500 shipments – whichever is completed first.

Yes, absolutely. Partners can refer any number of other potential partners—we payout out a separate bonus for each successful referral.
