All you need is a storefront, a laptop/desktop with a printer and an internet connection. You can set up a booking point within an existing store business you already have. This could also be an existing franchisee store with another courier service provider. Delhivery needs to be given due visibility in your store and marketing materials provided should be effectively used to create awareness in and around your location.
Apart from the basic infrastructure, you need to pay a small amount as a security deposit. This is refundable in case you wish to withdraw from this partnership. Additionally, you also need to invest in marketing materials which will be provided by us at a nominal fee.
Delhivery will charge a basic rack rate on every booking basis the weight and origin – destination of the shipment. You can add your earning margin on this rate at your discretion. This commission margin is not regulated by Delhivery.
Delhivery will compensate the customer for any loss or damage to the extent covered by our liability clause. The same is subject to our terms and conditions.
Our partner support team will provide a detailed training session for our booking panel the moment you sign up. We also publish frequent training material for the same.
Delhivery will raise monthly invoices basis the bookings manifested from your account. You will be required to transfer the invoice amount to our bank account within 15 days from the invoice date. In case of discrepancies, our support team is available to clarify the details.
