Logistics services provider Delhivery Ltd has announced the launch of

solution on Thursday. In an attempt to expand its software offerings
on the OS1 platform, this is the company's second solution available,
first being 'DispatchOne', a delivery management solution.
An API-based location intelligence stack, LocateOne, enriches
inaccurate and poor-quality address data, improves rooftop accuracy,
and helps reduce address fraud across businesses in Retail, CPG,
Commerce, Fintech, Banking, and Financial Services, the company
explained Delivery boasts to have the latest solution built on its
patented address disambiguation and address identification
technology.
Meanwhile, delivery management solution for Courier Express Parcel
DispatchOne was developed to enable businesses to get centralized,
real-time visibility across orders and reduce operational costs
through optimal resourci utilization. "In line with our vision to
become the operating system for commerce, we are thrilled to add more
solutions to the OS1 platform," said Kapil Bharati, Chief Technology
Officer and Executive Director, Delhivery.
OS1 is a great opportunity for businesses to leverage Delivery's
validated solutions and achieve operational excellence without having
to reinvent the wheel, he added. "LocateOne is built with our
learnings from having delivered 2+ billion shipments across 18,500+
pin codes. This ground-level data is further reinforced by our machine
learning algorithms to provide precise location insights via
LocateOne," said Kshitij Chopra, Head - Product, OS1.
In August 2023, the Gurugram-based company also launched a digital
shipping platform experience Delivery One which is designed to meet
the diverse needs of MSMEs, in addition to large D2C e-commerce brands
across the country.
In the June quarter this fiscal year, Delhivery narrowed its net loss
to Rs 89.5 core from a net loss of Rs 399.3 crore in the same period
of the preceding fiscal. The company's revenue from services grew 11
per cent to Rs 1,930 crore in Q1 FY24 from Rs 1,746 crore in Q1
FY23.
Till date, Delhivery has fulfilled over 2 billion shipments. The
company has over 26,500 customers, including large & small e-commerce
participants, SMEs, and other enterprises and brands.
